Bio-Investigators (10th grade biology students in real life) play this desktop game to find out a little about what might happen in a real life bio-analysis lab.

Players are given a crime scene description and evidence taken from the crime scene. They use the stations and equipment in the virtual lab to solve the crime.

Logical reasoning is emphasized as the analysis takes place. A panel of virtual experts (bottom of the UI) are always available for consultation, along with a notebook, glossary and whiteboard.

The game structure was developed and the final game was published by Red Hills Studio under the direction of Robert Hone.
